... Well, yeah, to me your version of Earth is definitely weird. Mine has sapient animal people, some sapient talking regular animals, hover cars, a single world wide country, at least a couple of magical artifacts lying around, and a completely different system for counting years.
[ Not to mention the whole super powered martial artist thing. Or the fact that it's been blown up and restored by some magical artifacts.]
But yeah, I like it a lot. No matter how much I end up liking this place, I'm going to be pretty happy to be home. [ Assuming she even remembers being here that wasn't something to worry about right now. ]
No, for real, your Earth is definitely pretty different. Like, out of a comic book or something from my end, but I guess I really have no room to talk with world in TVs and summoning creatures called Personas which I can't do outside of the TV World and...

And I don't think I'd trade it for this world. I met some really fantastic people, y'know? But hey, I got to meet you too and that's a good thing from this place!
[As soon as the words were out of his mouth, he flushed brightly and looked away. If this world wasn't so... uh, charged as it were, he probably wouldn't feel so embarrassed but.]
[ Videl can't help but giggle at his first question... and then ends up going into full blown laughter by the end. Maybe if it had been a year ago she would've blushed from that statement. Or been angry, it was hard to tell.]
Maybe some people could take it that way, but I get what you mean. There's definitely a lot of great people that I've run into since I've been away from home. People that I'm glad I met. It's just... this place isn't home. [ And last place was a hellhole. ]
Honestly, I might as well not even be from Earth considering all of the differences I've heard people talk about. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that instead of alternate timelines or whatever that it's just two different worlds that came up with the same name instead.
[The laugh surprised him, it was also infectious and he laughed along with her. But he was glad she didn't take it the wrong way and understood what he meant. He had a habit of sticking his foot in his mouth, after all.]

Honestly, it wouldn't be that far-fetched at this point. Some people's Earths are completely normal, no magic or sapient animals or whatever. Super mundane. And then you have the other end of the spectrum where all sorts of things like magic and stuff is the norm instead. I think it's pretty cool.
[ Videl thinks about it for a few moments, since, well, yeah, things could be completely different. And she already knew about Earths that were closer to the ones that everyone else knew but where people had powers or something special.]
Yeah, you're right. That is pretty cool. And something we never would've found out about if we weren't brought here. So I guess that's another point in this place's favor?
[Videl blinks at the sign, but it's only for a moment before she nods and smiles. ]

[ So now that they were there and heading inside, she's going to go ahead and take a look at what they had. And, you know, figure out exactly how they're going to pay for it, but that'll depend on what they find first.]
