Clothes are wet but Souji does laundry all the time anyway.
With main obstacles out of the way, he slides back into a bit deeper water but keeps a gentle grip on Yosuke, never letting him sink below shoulders. It's deep just enough for Souji to maneuver more freely. The tentacle that was curled around Yosuke's leg seems to slide up even further, to his thigh, slipping just underneath the pantleg of the underwear.]
