[There's also a bandage on his shoulder that could be seen near the collar of his shirt.]

Um, let's sit at the kitchen table.

[One of the few pieces of furniture that survived his initial transformation, anyway.]

[She calms down considerably to see Yosuke and in one piece. Well, mostly one piece. She notices the bandage, but bites her tongue against the many questions.]

I'll say! It looks like a wrecking ball came through here!

[She picks her way carefully to the table to sit]

So what the heck happened?

[He cleaned up! Okay, not as much as he wanted to. He slouched in defeat but joined her at the table. Still, he couldn't help but stare a little. Well, guess they knew what moon she was now and he really needed to not get distracted by the scent she was giving off.

He should have waited until all the moons were done. Shit.]

W-Well, guess we know you're Cordis, huh? Kinda what I wanted to talk to you about. So, I was Cordis.

[He made sure to sit across from her instead of next to her.]

She smiles somewhat bashfully and touches the little tufts at her cheeks. It's... weird, but she doesn't hate it.]

[In the excitement she's forgotten the warning she's received about Cordis pheremones, so she's unaware of her own natural perfume. It's a fresh sort of scent, like cut grass or ocean spray, with just a hint of sweetness.]

[He knew she was likely just trying to lighten the mood and on a normal day, impressing Rise would have made his day, but he only looked worried.]

I don’t wanna accidentally hurt anyone. [He sighed.] A-Anyway... um, your appetite might go up to like... extreme levels so, make sure you got extra food. Souji would be good to help you with that, I think. People said they got like... more playful and stuff, although this didn’t happen to me. You also burn through Chroma faster so you’ll like... want more affection a-and... stuff. [The flush on his cheeks was probably the only indicator on what the “stuff” would be.] It really varies person. I wasn’t hit too hard with it except maybe the hunger.

Oh and um. You’ll, well you do, smell nice. Pheromones. So other people will be attracted to you.

[Any other expression she has turns to a frown when Yosuke admits his fear.]

I guess it would be jarring, since you got used to one and then become the other... We don't really know how moonblessings work or why they choose who they choose, right? So I don't see why it wouldn't happen.

[She reaches across the table to touch his hand.] You're not gonna hurt me.

[Such confidence, but it's sincere. She listens to his lowdown with her tail slowly swishing behind her.]

Oh! Right, pheromones. What do I smell like?

[She rests her chin on her hand, the hand that isn't currently touching Yosuke's]

[He nodded but he looked up from the table to where she touched his hand. He was surprised, to say the least, and more than a little touched by her sincere words. It was hard to not do more than just squeeze her hand back a little, a shaky smile on his lips.

His cheeks flush a bit brighter at being asked that and his eyes went back to the table. He didn't want to be all vague about all this like Chie and Souji had been, he wanted to be upfront like Kanji had been. Although he knew that Kanji also went into it with Rise as well, so he knew he didn't need to do much more. Still, it was a struggle.]

U-Um... Nice, I guess? [God this was hard, cheeks deepening in color. How much detail did she want?] F-Fresh? Like when... like first thing in the morning. Mmmh... this sounds stupid, nevermind.

[He's just gonna faceplant the table, not at all realizing he is still holding her hand.]

[The look on his face makes Rise's heart flutter a little. So sweet...

She can't help but giggle as he descends into useless embarrassment. She was curious, of course! She can't smell her own pheromones!]

That's not stupid! That's cute.

[She giggles, tail moving into gentle wag territory. She gives his hand a squeeze and reaches over with her other to gently pat his head.]

[He merely gave a garbled sort of sound of embarrassment at her words. He didn’t lift his head, although he does tilt it to the side to peek at her through his bangs when she pats his head. A warmth spread through him, only aided by her squeezing his hand. The gesture just felt really good and coupled by her pheromones... well, after all this time it looks like his body remembered it was a teenaged body and he squirmed, his pants feeling a little tighter.

He flushed brighter and quickly buried his face into the elbow of his free arm with a groan. This wasn’t good, Rise was gonna think he was some creep now because even with the excuse of the moons, he was still getting a god damn boner over something like this! Maybe he could just stay here, will himself to calm down, and gently usher her out?

That sounded like a plan. Except without realizing it he was squeezing her hand back and only adding to the problem as the Chroma added to the feel good sensations.]

[Yosuke you are just too cute when you're embarrassed. Especially to Rise's Cordis brain.]

[It's quite a lot of fuss for just describing a smell. She wonders if something is wrong, and that leads her down the path of remembering what happened to her when she first breathed in too much pheromone at once. She doesn't know what her face looked like, but it could have looked like that.

A playful smile curls onto her face and she rubs the back of Yosuke's hand with her thumb.

She starts to scoot her chair around the table a little, to get closer.]

[Yosuke shook his head but he didn't lift his face from his arm. It wasn’t blocking the smell either. He could still smell those pheromones and the things it was doing to him. He bit off a whimper, especially when she rubbed his hand like that. What if she rubbed a certain other-
