Pfft, yeah I know you did, why is everyone calling it cute?! I mean, the duck I can understand but... [ he shakes his head with and gets another spoonful. ] Whatever. Anyway, uh... so, I kinda came out to Kanji and Souji last month?

But it took awhile to even realize it and I'm still like... figuring it out so that's why I didn't tell everyone. [ How did he even start talking about when he figured it out? He poked the ice cream a little with the spoon, thoughtful. ] I just... I was in denial for awhile, I guess.

Yeah, I mean, clearly it's a denial club. What made you start realizing the denial, though? Or who?

Ren, I guess? But I think I was aware of it in the back of my mind for awhile before that. I was noticing way more good looking guys than I had any right to, so off into denial I went.

[ He mimicked her, placing his chin in his palm. ]

Then there was a weird side effect to this wine I was forced to drink back in July. You weren't there for it and it was actually kinda scary but like... instead of having my usual fox stuff during the Triple Moon phase, I had really weird glowing skin and yellow eyes and nine tails like a kitsune. I also just sorta stopped being all anxious and worried about what other people thing, like it gave me some weird confidence boost.

Which apparently led to me making out with Ren.

Woah, that's wild. [ She goes giggle a little bit, though. ] I'm sorry it was scary but it also sounds pretty cool? I wish I could have seen you like that, without a worry.

[ She taps a finger on her cheek. ]

Ren Amamiya huh? Yeah, that's a good choice.

Yeah, it was. Nothing like being kidnapped and made to drink the kool-aid for a sacrifice to realize we are really not in Kansas anymore. [ It’s said wryly but it really had been scary. He didn’t quite get nightmares from it but he had definitely been more wary of the Prismals after that. ] But I guess some good came from the bad. So, I don’t want to think too much on it.

Heh, Kanji said the same thing. He’s a good guy.

[ He's joking, but she still gets the feeling he was upset by the whole thing. Understandably so, if it was forced on him. Her face grows more serious. ]

I have that impression too. He's a flirt, but he means well.

Yeah. He does. So, yeah, thats my story and I technically only told Souji, Kanji, and Ren. Now you, although anyone who reads that post will too but [ shrug and then he pointed at her with his spoon, mouth widening to a grin. ] now it’s your turn, missy.

Okay, okay. Well, Minako-senpai just... started getting really flirty with me, and I guess I reacted a lot and she liked that... It was embarrassing! I've never had a girl treat me like that before! And I liked it...

And then we ran into each other during Cordis, and...

So basically she pulled a Ren on you.

[ he couldn’t help but laugh at that thought. was it a leader thing? a wildcard thing? ]

That’s all he ever did since I got here. Tease and flirt and then... yeah.

[ granted, sex happened after he’d already come out, but still. ]

[ Their own Souji was a bit more subdued back home... but now that they're all here? He's as bad as either of the other two. ]

So, what are ya gonna do now? I’m still trying to figure out how to work with this new... thing, I guess? But like, I’d always liked girls primarily so I think that’s still my preference over all. Just, y’know [ he shrugged and waved his spoon a little in some vague gesture of confusion, sticking it back into the ice cream shortly after for a bite. ] got more options now.

Go with the flow, I guess? I'm still sorta learning how to deal with it, too. I look at girls and think to myself "ok is she cute or is she cute" you know? I'm starting to notice more when girls are flirting with me, too... Minako-senpai started a trend or something.

I know! There have been a couple times where I’m like “that guy has no right being that pretty?” and then I’m like, waitaminute... is this like, noticing a guy is pretty or like, I’m attracted to him he’s pretty?

And have you seen Ren without his glasses? He falls in that first category.

That's exactly it! Is it like, I'm just impressed, or do I wanna be like her, or do I wanna date her??? It's so confusing!

[ Sigh. ]

Is he? I've seen him During Cordis, but not his normal self without glasses. Is it that big a difference?

It's not that it's a big difference, it's more like... the glasses feel like he's hiding a part of himself. So when he took them off, it just seemed... I dunno, like I was finally seeing his true self.

[ and his true self happened to be pretty damn fine and it wasn't fair. ]

Guess it had a lot more impact on me than I realized. I'm glad it wasn't just the moons either.

Oh, okay, hmm. The way he's always putting on a show.. I can see that. I'll have to see if he'll take his glasses off for me, then.
