[Welp. That's Chie. That's definitely Chie there. She's got her arms crossed over in front of her, her feet tapping against the ground and... wait, is that the St Bernard she shares with Yukiko? How the heck did Chie bring a dog to a weird crystal space moon, anyway?]

[Honestly, petting Muku right now would be so nice but then he'd just get glitter all over the dog. Weh. Instead, he just crosses his arms right back at Chie, narrowing his eyes.]

Whatever, what kind of greeting is that, Chie? Geez.

Yeah, it's Muku. I got pulled here while I was walking him, so he ended up coming with me.

[He rolls his eyes at that. He still found it a bit unfair but this was their relationship. He brushed his hands off, finding a cleaner spot on his pants to get the majority of the glitter off so he could kneel down and give Muku a scratch under his chin.

The dog was huge but he knew Muku was also a friendly dog.]

I guess having something from home come with you is better than nothing at all.

[He will, thank you very much! At least his face wasn't covered in glitter, so it was safe for dog kisses. Even the slobbery kind. Yosuke kept an eye shut as that tongue went all over the one side of his face, his hands rubbing and scratching at Muku's ears and cheeks.]

Mm, I don't think she does. [His voice is a little muffled, he doesn't want dog tongue in there.] I didn't even know you and partner were here, y'know? And Kanji and Naoto are from like, the future.

Just seemed like a normal day till I woke up here.

Yeah. [Chie's quiet for a moment as she lets her dog love on Yosuke.] That's weird, isn't it? You'd think us being yanked here means that the timeline would be wrecked. Except we're maybe not from the same timeline since Souji doesn't remember Marie and I do.

Huh?! [He straightened up a bit at that, and then scrunched his face when Muku nearly succeeded in french kissing Yosuke and shoved his face to the side a bit.] He doesn't remember Marie?! But she's like... just this side of madly in love with him or something.

[he has no idea if Marie actually does love Souji, but she did seem awfully attached (what girl wasn't?) at the time.]

He doesn't! They were dating in my timeline! But I get the impression that Souji here wasn't dating anyone in Inaba? Or doesn't remember it? What if he never remembered Marie again after we all forgot about her? Or maybe the other place he was made him forget.

[Muku slobbers on, getting some dog drool on Yosuke's shirt. But since he was already glittered up, it was probably ruined anyway.]

I dunno. It's weird. Sometimes I wonder if he'd still be dating me here if he could remember Marie, but maybe he would be, I dunno.

[All the questions she asked were just confusing Yosuke even more. He hadn't been too sure who Souji was dating by the end of the year, but Marie did seem like a good contender. But Yosuke had stopped bothering Souji about it as they'd gotten closer to Adachi, after that he had just been focused on making the last few months with Souji count before the guy left.

Muku resting his massive head on his shoulder and slobbering was really not at all bothersome with all this to think about. He just absently rubbed the dog's head.]

It happened here, okay. We-- Stuff happened. Lots of stuff. And we. Made out. And things. Stuff happened. Look, you've never been here during moon stuff yet, you've never had to deal with weird moon crap.

[After a moment, she gets a little closer to Yosuke, mostly so she can sink her hand into her dog's big furry back as a way of calming down. Because honestly? She's kind of red-faced right now. How the hell is she supposed to explain that she's dating Souji now mostly because they had a lot of wild sex on his couch? ... and on the bed and the floor and the table and look. They had a lot of wild sex when Souji was a bunny.]

I dunno. It's not like you turn into a slavering, drooling sexmonster or something. I mean, I get super hungry and super fighty and super ho-- super never mind about that-- but it's not... I mean... I'm still in control of myself? The first one I went through, all I did was eat a lot and then get into a stupid brawl with Kanji over hotpot. Which he started.

But maybe it's different for other moons.
